For those of you who don’t know, BSA is based in Boston, Massachusetts. In Boston, there is this event held quarterly called Web Innovators Group (WebInno for short). It’s a fun event that allows entrepreneur’s to talk about and demo their startups to other like-minded folks in Boston, and it’s the best of it’s kind that I have been to so far. Luckily, we were selected to present as one of three “main dishes” for the night. For BSA, this was our first in-person, in front of a crowd type thing talking about the company (we had a demo table and talked to people for hours before and after the presentation). It was a great opportunity for us to get feedback from people who were learning of the product for the first time. Believe it or not, we won the “audience choice award” being the favorite demo/company of the main dishes. Here’s our main presentation below, kindly recorded and produced by permissionTV (if you can guess the exact number of “um’s and uh’s before you watch this, I will buy you a beer, honor system):
And here is the video of us winning the audience choice award:
There are some great roundup’s of the event you can find here, here, here, and here (this piece was also syndicated on the New York Times, and Industry Standard, yay!).
We will also be at TECHcocktail Boston this Thursday night for any of you who may be attending.
