By ToddAnother useful tool for finding great sites to advertise on is the new “suggested sites”. Similar Sites gives advertisers a list of sites within inventory that are similar to the one they are currently viewing. When a site has similar sites associated with it, it’s often a good sign that the current site is a great placement, too. This section appears in 2 places throughout the app:
1. On the buy now page
2. On the ad detail page
Buy Now Page
This section does not show when the user is linking in directly from the “advertise here” button on a publisher website; however, when the user is browsing through the BSA directory it will show.
Ad Detail Page
You will find suggested sites at the bottom right of the ad detail page. What is useful about this feature on the ad detail page specifically is that it will first recommend sites for which you already have the proper sized creative. For example, if you only have only purchased ads that are 125×125 and 728×90, we will recommend similar sites that have those two sizes first.
