Publishers constantly ask me about backlash from site visitors, but they can rest easy; in the iOS game niche it seems to be taken for granted that these ad formats exist and in most cases the feedback from visitors and advertisers has been extremely positive. The iOS community loves to be kept informed of the latest and greatest, and there’s nothing like a highly-targeted, beautiful ad format to do just that.
The site skin format is a new one at BSA, so we’re still ironing out some kinks. This means site skins are not yet self serve, but we are selling and running them… and we want more.
